Reports

Quarterly Reports

Quarterly reports are due within 30 days after the end of each quarter of the calendar year. Reminder emails will generally be sent after the end of the quarter as a courtesy, but it is your agency's responsibility to ensure that reports are submitted on time. 

Annual Reports

Annual reports are due in the final quarter of the calendar year. Reminder emails will generally be sent in December as a courtesy, but it is your agency's responsibility to ensure that reports are submitted on time.
