Transit Innovations Grant Program

The Transit Innovations Grant (TIG) Program established under Utah State Code 72-2-401 to 404  provides funding to improve public transit services in rapidly growing areas across state with the goals of:

• Increasing transit ridership

• Increasing transit service to high-growth areas

• Expanding overall transit service

These projects will make public transit more convenient and accessible while improving the overall quality of life and transportation choices in growing communities.
